The Basics Package
Think of this as your prenatal prep and education resource. We cover the physiology of labor, birth preference plans, what to discuss with your birth team, postpartum prep and relationship prep.

The Before + After Package
For those who like to prepare but feel comfortable managing birth with your current team. We cover everything in the Basic Package and add in postpartum in-person sessions.

The Full Package
Just like it sounds. Rachel will help you with education, resources, and planning during your pregnancy, be there for your birth, and to support your postpartum journey as new parents.
It doesn’t have to be equal, but the goal is to feel fair.
Fair Play is a communication tool I use to help couples create domestic accountability and value-based discussions. Incorporating these discussions before bringing a new family member into the mix can be key for more ease in postpartum.
Breastfeeding, bottle feeding, combo or exclusive - sometimes you just need someone to support your game plan and help you pivot when necessary.
Childbirth Education
Maybe you’ve never done this before or maybe you’d like a different experience than you had last time. I am a Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator and focus on preparing you with research-based principles.
