Things to Notice This Week
Between sessions, you might simply notice:
• energy changes across the day
• sleep patterns
• appetite or hydration rhythms
• emotional shifts
• anything that surprises you about your body
You don’t need to track anything formally unless you want to. Just noticing patterns is enough.
Questions for Our Next Session
If questions come up between sessions, you can:
• jot them down wherever you normally keep notes
• bring them to our next conversation
• or message me if something feels time-sensitive
There is no need to keep everything in one place — just capture what feels important.
