Hello! I am a Dona-International trained birth and postpartum doula and a CPR-Certified Newborn Care Specialist. I have always been fascinated by the innate power and wisdom of the human body and motivated to serve and empower women worldwide. I studied Biology & Psychology at Baruch College while also pursuing a health coaching certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I began my work as a Women’s Rights Activist through my work with the Somaly Mam Foundation and am currently an ambassador for Every Mother Counts. I enjoy raising awareness and funds to improve maternity and birth for women everywhere through their running program, Run Team EMC. As a doula, I hope to provide women with support and resources to create an educated platform to birth in a comfortable, intimate, and empowering environment while prioritizing the safety and health of mother and child. I am truly honored to be a part of what I consider one of the most special experiences life has to offer!
I had the pleasure of growing up on a farm in North Dakota before moving to New York City after high school. While working in the fashion industry over the last decade, I also spent time as a nanny and have experience with children of all ages. I have a passion for creating warm and welcoming home environments for families to relax and bond within and also enjoy painting, cooking, and living an active lifestyle. I encourage all women before, during, and after birth to pursue activities that make them feel alive and well!
I look forward to meeting you and sharing in the creation of your Zen Mama journey!
