Postpartum Meals

One of the most nurturing things you can do for someone is prepare a home-cooked, nourishing meal for them.  I always find this service to be a favorite for new mothers, as they are sleepily going about their days in the midst of baby snuggles and nursing.  Those first few weeks at home should be a time of intimate family moments, bonding, and rest! Cooking is often one of the last things you want to think about, but at a time when proper nutrition is so necessary.  Let me prepare some of your favorites and add a few of my own to make sure you never have to worry about finding something delicious to support your Zen Mama self! We will go over any dietary preferences on our consultation call and then I will create a personalized menu for you and your family for each visit.  Number of snacks, entrées, and desserts dependent on time in the home and can be altered based upon your family’s needs.
