Prenatal Yoga is time set aside for you to be mindful, relax, and incorporate movement throughout your body to help you feel empowered before, during, and after birth. A typical yoga session includes an opening meditation followed by more vigorous movement to allow you to find your heart, so to say! After we get your blood flowing, you can relax into a rejuvenating set of poses – I like to refer to them as a glorified nap – not just for babies, my friends! Then, enjoy a shavasana ending with an essential oil shoulder massage coupled with aromatherapy. And, last but not least, a wellness refreshment to top it all off!
All details are open to revision based on personal preference, therefore sessions last 60-90 minutes.
