Your guide to staying present during birth, presently. Now more than ever, we must find the courage and strength to be flexible as mothers and that begins with birth. I have prepared a guide for expectant mothers who may no longer be able to birth with a doula, a partner, or really for any who would could use some extra encouragement right now. I am also offering virtual doula services during this time so if you have any questions, concerns, or simply want to share how excited you are to meet your baby and you feel you need someone to talk to, please reach out to me. I am here. We can discuss and create a birth preference plan, decide how your partner might best support you in lieu of a doula, or find local support if your partner is in quarantine. I am also open to providing support via FaceTime during labor. No request is too large or small. We need one another right now.
Please enter your email to be sent a link to the guide on how to prepare for and courageously make your way through birth in a time when you may not feel so sure of your surroundings. It’s time to go inward and trust yourself as the wonderful mother you already are.
